JMC is pleased to announce that it has retained its Investors in People (IIP) accreditation. 

 

IIP has grown to be the UK’s leading people management improvement standard and now assists thousands of organisations deliver improved performance through their employees.

 

Following two days of employee interviews JMC’s IIP assessor confirmed that not only is it fully committed to delivering the IIP standards, but also that it was clear that all its team members displayed positive attitudes. 

 

Incidentally he advised JMC that 40% of companies do not get reaccredited, so to achieve this standard yet again proves the IT partners long term, consistent approach to employee relations.
