JMC has been named Runner Up at the Crain’s Best Places to Work 2010 Awards. Having been nominated in the ‘Bigger’ category, for businesses with between 51 and 100 employees, JMC fought off stiff competition from fellow Manchester businesses to be named runners up.

The award was based on a detailed independent survey in which all our employees were asked to give their confidential views on the company. The survey evaluated a range of characteristics including team effectiveness, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders and work engagement.

The winners were announced during an awards lunch at the Ramada Manchester Piccadilly Hotel on 17th June.
