Extranet Launched

JMC is pleased to announce that, as part of its ambition to continue to add value to its SupportCare service, it has launched the JMC SupportCare Extranet. 

The SupportCare Extranet offers clients a secure area where they can view a range of information linked to their SupportCare Agreement. 

The Extranet is structured into the following sections:

• Information: Access useful resources including news, JMC portal access and service updates;

• Accounts: View, save and reprint important documents such as invoices;

• Calls:  Review open SupportCare calls and log new incidents;

• Contracts: Check contract information such as a detailed inventory and renewal dates.

Malcolm Sykes, Technical Director commented:
“The Extranet is a further demonstration of the value that we continue to add to our SupportCare service.  It has been developed with client usability as number one priority, and after comprehensive development and testing, I am confident this has been achieved.  Feedback to date has been that the extranet is making a positive difference to the SupportCare experience of our clients.”
