JMC IT Celebrates Double Award

JMC IT is celebrating after receiving two separate recognitions for its efforts in creating a
great place to work.

Having been included in The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For, for the fourth year in a row, JMC was also given the added bonus of being the only IT company in the North West to receive two stars in the Best Companies Accreditation, awarded by workplace engagement specialists, Best Companies.

The Best Companies Accreditation recognises companies that take an active interest in the welfare of their staff and comes on the back of research which canvassed the views of over 100,000 workers from over 434 companies based across the UK. The data received reveals a wide diversity in the demeanour of employees working for accredited companies compared to those in organisations that are still striving to create a more enjoyable place to work.
