At JMC we regularly and comprehensively review client satisfaction to ensure we are consistently delivering the highest possible levels of service.
Each year we challenge ourselves to raise the bar even further and aim to deliver even better service. Feedback from clients suggests we are rising to this challenge.

Each year we send a survey to all clients asking them to rate our performance on a scale of 1 to 10 against our key performance metrics. With a response rate of over 50%, our results for the last two years have been as follows:

In addition we send out an email questionnaire following the closure of every SupportCare call.
