SupportCare Response provides comprehensive and unlimited software and hardware support for a fixed annual fee.

SupportCare Response is a comprehensive range of IT support services. We offer telephone, email and extranet access to our dedicated team of specialists who will assist with any day-to-day IT problems encountered. We resolve over 90% of incidents through secure remote connections, with escalation to an on-site visit if needed.

A single call to our SupportCare Team gives you access to over 80 dedicated technical specialists. Our highly accredited team includes consultants, engineers and bespoke software developers.

We constantly train our staff, keeping them up-to-date with changes in technology so they are able to quickly and efficiently deal with any issue or problem a system might present.

Service features Include;

  • 8.30am to 6pm Helpdesk support Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.30pm on Friday with extended hours options available
  • Unlimited telephone and remote access support
  • Escalation to on-site visit at no additional cost
  • Comprehensive remote system access using our fully secure and auditable SupportCare Portal
  • Unlimited return to service hardware support with 8 hour response
  • Provision of loan equipment
  • No hidden additional charges for travelling, parts or labour 
  • Warranty call management 
  • Telephone, email and secure call logging via a comprehensive SupportCare Extranet
  • Next business day on-site response to cabling faults
  • Designated Account Director
  • FOC first hour of support on items not covered by your SupportCare Agreement
  • Annual on-site contract review meeting with a designated client account manager.
