JMC Recognised Again by The Sunday Times as a Top UK Employer JMC has again been recognised by The Sunday Times newspaper as one of its 2010 Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For.![]() This year’s awards attracted entries from 964 organisations nationwide. From these entrants over 230,000 employee opinions were surveyed in order to evaluate each organisation’s key statistics, processes and policies. The award process is based on the results of a comprehensive and anonymous employee survey rating factors such as leadership, personal growth, well-being, team support, giving something back and fair deal. Managing director Andrew Burgess commented: “Whilst we have been a regular on the list since its inception in 2004, making the list gets harder every year due to a continuing increase in the number of companies taking part. With over 964 organisations taking part in this year’s survey we are really pleased to have achieved 37th place on the list. Our people are our business and our unique asset. Making sure that they enjoy work is an essential ingredient in ensuring that we continue to deliver high quality IT support services.” For more information about us, the services we provide, and employment opportunities with JMC call 0161 925 7777, or email info@jmc.it. | |
