Lightspeed's TTC monitoring and reports are available in the following areas:

User Activity:  Comprehensive reports on each user, including web sites visited, pages and images viewed, files downloaded and uploaded, instant messages and emails sent and received, search engine queries, files copied to or from removable media, PCs and applications used and more.

Hardware & Software: Detailed reports on Windows PCs and Servers connected to the network including hardware information such as manufacturer, processor, memory, disk drives, video adapters and network cards.  Software information includes OS and service packs, drivers, services, browser helper objects, shared folders, scheduled tasks and installed applications.

Network Usage: Extensive reports on network usage including by protocol, address, application, user, internal/external, and URLs.  Reports are highly interactive for quickly tracking patterns and also allow bandwidth policies to be modified from inside the report for instant results.
